Swimming needs no introduction. It is a fun & exciting workout to learn to swim for a slim figure and holistic health. 

Our swimming classes are carried in both groups and one to one under professional mentor.

 

Swimming lessons are divided into sessions to teach popular swimming techniques such as Breaststroke, The Front Crawl, Backstroke, Sidestroke, & Open Water Freestyle. 

Swimming is a vigorous and intense body workout that burns tremendous amount of calories. An hour of swimming burns around 400-700 calories. 

It is a great way to trim excess fat in the body. Swimming improves muscle tone around thighs, buttocks & abdomen for a slim & attractive outlook. 

Improve overall body strength, muscular coordination, physical stamina & endurance.

Carried under supervision, swimming is perfectly suitable during pregnancy. 

Swimming builds muscle mass & improves flexibility. It is a great way to energize your whole body and de-stress.
